Innova Software Licensing

1.0 - Introduction

When first installed on a new computer, Well Seeker X or Innova Engineering will give the user access to the full capabilities of each program via a 2 day evaluation license which is incorporated within the respective install file.

After this evaluation period has expired, a full license must be purchased for the software. In some circumstances, Innova will grant an extended evaluation license to allow the user to continue trailing the software.

This document will guide the user through requesting and implementing a license. Note: Well Seeker X and Innova Engineering each require their own separate license.

2.0 – Requesting a License

Software licenses are computer specific. In order to generate a license, the user must provide Innova with their unique computer code, which is generated within the software itself. Users can do this via Innova’s license request feature The process differs slightly, depending on whether you still have an active license or trial period, or if your license has expired.

This will send your computer code as well as other identifying information to Innova. You should receive an automated email confirming receipt of your request. Innova will then process your request. If you have not yet made a purchase agreement, our sales team ([email protected]) will get in contact with you.
