# Getting Started with Well Seeker X

## **Download & Install**

## **License Information**

WSX includes a **2-day evaluation license** by default. To extend this evaluation or renew an existing license:

* Open WSX
* When the **License Expiration dialog** appears, select **Request License**.
  * If you already have a paid license, this dialog appears when less than **30 days** remain.

* Complete the form and add details in the **Comments** field (e.g., *extend evaluation*, *renew license*).

* Click **Submit**. You will receive:
  * A **confirmation email**, followed by
  * A **license email** from a no-reply address once your license is generated.

* Check your **Junk Mail** folder if you don’t receive these emails.

## **Sample Database**

An optional sample database with pre-populated data is available.

To load the sample database:

1. Download the demo database from the link below.

2. Save the zip file somewhere on your PC and unzip the database.
3. Open **WSX** → **Home Tab** → **Select Database** → choose the unzipped file.
