# 11.3 - Rig Names

The Rig Names page allows the user to create and store a list of rigs in the organisation’s database. These rigs are then available in other features in the Web Portal, such as the Wells List page, or when accessing the database via Well Seeker, such as in Daily Reporting.

Rigs are marked with a green dot to show they are active, or a red dot to show they are inactive. Only active rigs will be available for selection in other features. New rigs can be added using the Edit Menu located in the bottom right of the page. Rigs can be deleted by clicking on the red trash bin icon to the right of each rig. Clicking on a rig name will open the Add/Edit Rig dialog:

**Rig Name:** The name of the rig.

**Active:** User can toggle this off to disable the rig name, preventing it from being chosen in other features.

### 13.1 - Rig Names Edit Menu

**Add:** Adds a new rig to the rig name list and opens the Add/Edit Rig dialog.

**Refresh:** Refreshes the page with any new data uploaded from the field.

**Export to XLSX:** Exports the Rig Names list in Excel format.
