5.4 - Performance

The Performance tab allows the user to quickly view common KPIs for currently active wells. For other KPIs, use the Data Insights page (Section 10.0). Use the pinned filters to filter the displayed wells.

Select Cards: Use the dropdown to select the KPI cards that you wish to display. Note that a maximum of eight can be displayed at a time.

KPI Templates: Click on the three dots beside the dropdown to open the menu. Save will save your current card selection as a template. Allowing you to select it from the dropdown box. Import allows you to import in a KPI template in the form of a json file.

Refresh: Refreshes the cards with any new data received.

Clear: Removes all cards from the current selection.

Each individual card has the below functions:

Move Card: Left click and drag on the top bar of the card to move it around.

Change Card: Click on the card title to change the KPI it is displaying. If the new card is already displayed, the two cards will swap places.

Quick Resize: Click on Half Width or Full Width to expand the card to occupy half or the full width of the page.

Close Card: Closes the card.

Export Card: Right click and select Save As to save the chart as an image. Select Copy to copy the chart as an image to your clipboard.

Legend: Click on items in the legend to remove them from the chart.

Resize Card: Left click and drag the bottom right corner of the card to change it’s shape and size.

The Functions menu contains a number of options to modify specific cards in the Performance tab. It can be expanded or collapsed by clicking on FUNCTIONS in the ribbon menu. The options for each card are as follows:

All Functions:

• Refresh KPIs: Refreshes the cards with any new data received.

• Export to Print: This dropdown allows the user to export out the data points for any chart type cards as an excel file.

• Activity Summary: Changes the Activity Summary card to display All Activity, Drilling Activity or Non-Drilling Activity.

Drillers Comparison KPI:

• Six-Six/Midnight-Midnight: Changes whether one day is measured from 6am to 6pm, or from 12 midnight to 12 midnight.

Tower Comparison Chart:

• Six-Six/Midnight-Midnight: Changes whether one day is measured from 6am to 6pm, or from 12 midnight to 12 midnight.

Depth v Days:

• Data Filter: Click on the icon to open the data filter dialog. This allows the user to filter the DvD chart using 4 parameters – Activity, BHA, Hole Size or Phase. Select the desired parameter and then click on the parameter below the dropdown to configure it.

• Remove All Flat Time: Removes any time when there is no change in depth at any point in the Depth V Days KPI chart.

• Show Legend: Toggles on the legend for the DvD chart. Clicking on an item in the legend will hide it from the chart.

• Remove Flat Time at Start: Removes any time when there is no change in depth at the start of the Depth V Days KPI chart.

• Remove Flat Time at End: Removes any time when there is no change in depth at the end of the Depth V Days KPI chart.

• Start at Zero: Toggling this option on forces all wells in the chart to start at 0 MD, regardless of their tie-on depth.

• Tabular Export: Use the Export To Print >> Depth V Days option in the All Functions section to print the chart as an excel table. Toggling this option on removes the first tab, leaving only the tabular export tab.

• Color Filter: Colors the chart according to the selected filter. Hover over each line for a for more details at that point.
