# 6.7.2 - Actual Wellbore

Whenever an actual well is created, an actual wellbore is automatically created below it. It can be viewed by **double left-clicking** on the item one level below the actual well, which will always have the suffix ‘actual wellbore’.

The actual wellbore represents the full well path from surface to TD. It is constructed using the surveys associated with the actual well, as directed by the survey program in the Actual Well Properties.

The actual wellbore cannot be edited, and is automatically deleted if the associated actual well is deleted.
