# Well Seeker X: Installation Internet Connection Error

## Description

During the Well Seeker X installation process, the user may receive the below error message and will be unable to continue with the installation.

## Solution

This error message is caused by the user’s anti-virus software preventing the Well Seeker X installer from accessing the internet. To solve this problem, cancel the installation and pause your anti-virus protection. Re-run the installation, and once Well Seeker X has been successfully installed, un-pause your anti-virus protection.
