Getting Started with Innova Vantage

Introduction

Innova Vantage allows you to securely access your company’s server database from any internet-enabled device—no installation required. It provides real-time visibility of data, dashboards, and reports through a simple web interface.

Access is available for two types of users:

  • Existing Clients – Users who work for a company that currently uses the Innova Suite of Software.

  • Trial Users – Users who would like to trial Vantage.

  • In both cases, your company email will become your Username.

Request Access

  • If you are an existing client, to get started you will need to provide your company email address to either your company admin or Innova support.

  • If you are not an existing client, you can fill the form on Innova Websitearrow-up-right to request a free trial.

Account Provisioning

Once your email is received, you’ll be added to one of the following:

  • Your Company’s Database – if your organization is an existing client.

  • Demo Database – for trial access and exploration.

Login Instructions

  1. Navigate to the Innova Vantage login page.arrow-up-right

  1. Enter your Username (your company email) and the temporary password provided via email.

  2. Change your password on first login—follow the prompt.

User Roles & Permissions

Depending on your requirements, you will be assigned one of the following roles:

  • Viewer – Read-only access to projects and dashboards.

  • Editor – Can modify data and upload new files.

  • Administrator – Full control, including user management.

Sample Data

  • The Demo Database includes a sample project Cerberus 14 28 – 3H (LH)

    • This includes complete daily reports, EDR data and an Engineering case.
